VOLUNTEERS

Volunteering – Guardians of the Sacred Gathering

We are deeply grateful for the generous spirit of those who feel called to serve at The Guardians of the Sacred Gathering. At this time, we are looking for very specific volunteer support in the following areas:

  • Experienced Translators (Spanish, French, German, and possibly Chinese, Japanese, and Portuguese)

  • Experienced Florist

  • Social Media Advertising Expert

  • Marketing & PR Expert

  • Local Drivers with personal, reliable, and clean vehicles to pick up Elders at Albuquerque and Santa Fe airports, as well as run occasional errands

As we get closer to the event, there may be additional opportunities for volunteering during the gathering itself. These opportunities will be dependent on ticket sales and program needs.

Energy Exchange:
In reciprocity, we usually ask for 8 hours of volunteer service in exchange for a one-day ticket.

 Important Notes:

  • Volunteer reciprocity does not extend to extra journeys or VIP dinners.

  • Volunteers are responsible for their own meals, lodging, and transportation.

Volunteer Application:
We kindly ask all interested volunteers to complete our Volunteer Application Form upon approval to Volunteer.

In the interim, please respond to us by email at Connect@GuardiansoftheSacred.org and share whether you have any of the specific expertise listed above, as well as your skills, availability, and areas of interest.

We hold great appreciation for the gifts and talents you bring to the circle, knowing that it is through shared service that this gathering becomes possible. 🌎🙏
