All events will be held at the Pueblo of Pojoaque - Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder. With the exception of optional excursion trips and/or private events.

Our event welcomes families with members of all ages. Elder, Youth/Student, and Kids Passes are available.

While the program isn't specifically designed for children, parents can consider whether bringing their children is appropriate, as each child is unique.

1. To apply your discount code, head to the main ticket page and select the action button “Get Tickets Here” in the top right corner to open the checkout process.

2. Select a ticket option to add to the cart. A pop up will appear to apple a promo code.

3. Type in your case-sensitive code in the box and click “Apply” (If you type in a promo code and forget to click the “Apply” button, it won't be applied to your transaction.)

4. Upon applying the promo code, your discount will be displayed immediately. Select any additional tickets (if applicable) and proceed through the checkout process.

5. Fill in your payment details and click Finish. Your tickets and digital receipt will be sent to your email address immediately after the transaction is successfully completed.

No, the hotel does not provide transportation from the Airports; Uber and Lyft are typically not readily available.

Renting a car or ride share is encouraged. Another option is to contact Limousine and Black Car Service by New Mexico Black Car.

Flying into Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF)

• Distance from Hotel is ~23 miles (approximately a 30-minute drive)

• The most convenient way to reach the resort is via taxi or a pre-arranged black car service (linked above.) You can also view a full list of approved local providers on the Santa Fe Airport Ground Transportation page.

Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ)

• Distance from Hotel is ~80 miles (approximately a 80-minute drive)

• Because of the longer distance, your best options are booking a private shuttle in advance, arranging a rideshare, or renting a vehicle at the airport. Shared and private shuttles can be booked through third-party platforms like Shuttlefare or Airport Parking Reservations.

Yes. The Pueblo of Pojoaque's Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder has generously provided a 20% discount for registered event attendees.

A livestream is a live online broadcast that you can watch from anywhere in the world using the internet. You can watch on a computer, laptop, tablet, iPad, or smartphone. If you have a smart TV or streaming device such as Roku or Apple TV, you may also be able to watch on your television.

To watch the livestream, you will need:

• A reliable internet connection (For the best viewing experience, we recommend an internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher. You can check your internet speed at Fast.com)

• A computer, tablet, iPad, or smartphone

• The Zoom application installed on your device

We are currently exploring translation options for the event. Please check back for updates as we finalize details.

Absolutely. Zoom is designed to be simple and easy to use. We will provide the link to join with basic instructions before the event. Our team will be available to help if you experience any difficulties joining.

You can attend live from anywhere in the world. The event schedule will be listed in our local time zone (MST), so you may need to convert the times for your area.

No problem. If you miss a session or are unable to attend due to work, travel, or time zone differences, recordings will be made available.

Please allow 2–3 days after the live event for our team to process and upload the recordings.

All registered participants will have access to the replay recordings for 60 days after the event.

This allows you to watch any sessions you missed or revisit your favorite teachings and presentations at your own pace.

Yes! We are deeply grateful for those who feel called to support this gathering through service. Volunteers help make this event possible, and we welcome inquiries from those with relevant skills and experience. We do have limited volunteering opportunities, therefore we are looking for help in specific areas.

At this time, we are seeking experienced volunteers in the following areas:

• Translators (Spanish, French, German, and possibly Chinese, Japanese, and Portuguese)

• Florist

• Social Media Advertising

• Marketing and Public Relations (PR)

• Local Drivers with reliable, clean vehicles who can assist with airport pickups and occasional errands

We are looking for local volunteers who can help transport Elders and guests to and from the Albuquerque and Santa Fe airports, as well as assist with occasional event-related transportation needs.

Possibly. As we get closer to the gathering, additional volunteer roles may become available based on event needs, attendance, and program requirements.

Yes. In reciprocity, we typically ask for 8 hours of volunteer service in exchange for a one-day event ticket. Volunteer reciprocity applies only to standard event admission. It does not include access to special journeys, VIP dinners, or other separately ticketed experiences.

Volunteers are responsible for their own Meals, Lodging, Transportation, & Personal expenses.

Our team reviews volunteer inquiries as needs arise. If your skills match a current volunteer opportunity, we will contact you with next steps and additional information. Selected volunteers will be invited to complete a Volunteer Application Form as part of the approval process.

Yes. We have a limited number of partial scholarships available for those who would like to attend but need financial assistance.

Please note that we are not able to offer full (100%) scholarships at this time.

Scholarship requests are reviewed based on available funds and the number of requests received. Because our scholarship resources are limited, we ask applicants to contribute what they are reasonably able and to participate in a simple energy exchange as part of the scholarship process.
