Lee-Ann Hill

SEED STEWARD

SEEDKEEPER OF THE PATH

GUARDIAN OF ANCIENT SEEDS

KEEPER OF LIVING WISDOM

Lee-Ann Hill is a devoted seed steward and cultural ecologist, carrying forward the ancestral wisdom of the seeds. Her journey began in the high desert of Northern New Mexico, where she studied Cultural Ecology and learned from traditional seed keepers who guided her onto this sacred path.

She has served as Program Director of the Rocky Mountain Seed Alliance, working with seed stewards across the region, and now serves as Seedkeeper for The Path. Lee-Ann delights in growing heritage and ancient grains, tending to seeds as living relatives that sustain body and spirit alike.

For Lee-Ann, seeds are sacred connectors—binding us to one another, to the Earth, and to our ancestors beyond time and space. From her farm in Northwest Colorado, she continues to care for the seeds as prayer, as nourishment, and as a promise for the future generationsLee-Ann currently manages a farm in her homeland of Northwest Colorado, where she continues to weave together her passion for cultural ecology, sustainable farming, and Indigenous-informed practices. Her stewardship is not just about food—it is about carrying forward living libraries of culture, spirit, and survival for generations to come.
