ABOUT GUARDIANS OF THE SACRED 2026

The Guardians of the Sacred Gathering is an international gathering of Elders, Wisdom Keepers, Spiritual Leaders, Cultural Guardians, and community members from around the world. Together, we come to share teachings, stories, ceremonies, music, prayer, dialogue, and wisdom traditions that honor our shared humanity and our relationship with Mother Earth.

This gathering offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from respected Elders and Wisdom Keepers representing diverse cultures, traditions, and spiritual paths while building meaningful connections with others who are committed to healing, unity, and conscious stewardship of our world.

  • “What distinguishes this conference from nearly all others is sacred intention … The amount of prayer & thought that goes into the gathering is unparalleled … There are few conferences that have as much lasting power as the Guardians of the Sacred gathering. I heartfully recommend the experience.”

    - Glenn Aparicio Parry
(Author of Original Love: The Timeless Source of Wholeness)

  • “I have been attending Grandmother's Councils for years, nearly since their inception … You actually answered a prayer for me, in that I knew I was supposed to attend, & I wanted to connect with various teachers, but I didn't know how it was going to happen. I just jumped in, & got the message to sit there … trusting.”

    - Marnie H.

  • “One of my deepest takeaways was the experience of being surrounded by such kindred spirits in a ceremonial space held with so much generosity, care, curiosity, & respect for one another’s cultures & traditions. There was something very moving about coming together … to share, witness, learn, celebrate, & recognize one another … I felt the presence & love of our ancestors throughout the gathering.”

    - Crystal P.

  • “Grandmother Flordemayo’s wisdom is exactly what we need in this time of upheaval. Her passion for Mother Earth inspires us all to understand our very own deep connection to the planet & to each other & to honor that in the best way possible. She is a seed sower, planting seeds of awareness in human consciousness.”

    - Katy Koontz
    (Editor of Unity Magazine)

  • “I sobbed as my soul recognized the Humming Prayer … I knew that my Ancestors were calling me. In Flordemayo I have found the teachings of my Ancestors. She teaches from her heart center & embraces all traditions … What she offers comes from the Higher Realms of loving wisdom.”

    - Indrani H.

  • “Grandmother brings the wisdom of the ancestors but also a gentle, yet firm urging to those receiving the teachings to realize their own personal gifts & ways of knowing. I think we can sometimes be on a never-ending quest for answers outside of ourselves. What Grandmother offers is guidance to access & open what we already have inside ourselves: our own knowing & what we carry in heart.”

    - Kim Langbecker
