Jade Shaw is an internationally recognized teacher of out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and astral projection, dedicated to exploring the extraordinary dimensions of human consciousness and their potential for personal and collective transformation.

Once an international choreographer, Jade’s life took a profound turn following an out-of-body experience in 2014. This awakening inspired her to pursue a Master of Science in Transpersonal Psychology and devote her work to understanding and sharing the possibilities of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Through workshops, teachings, and international gatherings, Jade has guided more than 50,000 students across 42 countries, making the practice of astral projection accessible to people around the world. Her work bridges personal experience, scientific inquiry, and the exploration of consciousness. In 2026, she facilitated the world’s first longitudinal study examining the effects of out-of-body experiences.

Jade has also contributed to the wider conversation around consciousness through her research, the production of the documentary Insight Out for Gaia TV, and her consulting work for the Netflix series Behind Her Eyes. She teaches internationally at gatherings including the Mind Body Spirit Festival and Mindvalley University.
